Inauguration of Digital Marketing for Freelancing (Level-3) Training at Ukhiya

SSD Academy inaugurated the 360-hour "Digital Marketing for Freelancing, Level-3" training for 40 female Qawmi madrasah graduates at Nolbonia Darul Quran Madrasa in Ukhiya. Under the ILO ISEC Project funded by Global Affairs Canada, this launch completes SSD Academy's multi-location rollout, equipping trainees with digital freelancing competencies, study kits, and dedicated transport stipends.

Step-Up Skill Development Academy officially launched the "Digital Marketing for Freelancing, Level-3" trade at Nolbonia Darul Quran Al Islamia Madrasa in Moriccha, Ukhiya. Supported by the ILO ISEC Project and GAC, this BNQF-aligned 360-hour course equips 40 female madrasah graduates with market-ready digital skills, learning kits, and transport support.

On June 23, 2026, Step-Up Skill Development Academy (SSD Academy) officially inaugurated the Digital Marketing for Freelancing, Level-3 training trade at Nolbonia Darul Quran Al Islamia Madrasa in Moriccha, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar.

This launch represents the successful milestone completion of SSD Academy’s multi-location institutional rollout under the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) ISEC Project, funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

A cohort of 40 young female Qawmi madrasa graduates has been enrolled in this intensive, 360-hour BNQF-aligned curriculum. The training is designed to build high-demand competencies in:

  • Social media marketing and campaign optimization

  • Digital content creation and copy strategy

  • Freelance marketplace management, profile bidding, and global client communication

To minimize financial barriers and maximize regular attendance, all enrolled trainees received standard instructional modules, stationery kits, and dedicated transport stipend allocations during the onboarding session.

SSD Academy extends sincere appreciation to the Madrasa Management Committee, consortium partners (Reliance Technical Institute and Sharif Technical Training Institute), and the ILO Sub-Office in Cox’s Bazar for their continuous technical guidance in creating sustainable digital livelihoods for local youth.
