About the role
The Video Editor Intern will produce short-form and long-form video content for client campaigns, social media channels, and internal promo videos. You will handle raw footage and turn it into polished video deliverables with smooth cuts, sound sync, and dynamic graphics.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Assembly: Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and standard corporate videos from raw footage.
- Audio & Color Enhancement: Perform basic audio cleaning, sound leveling, background music sync, color grading, and color correction.
- Motion & Text: Add dynamic subtitles, lower thirds, call-to-action overlays, and simple motion graphics.
- Format Optimization: Re-frame and export final renders in proper resolutions suited for multi-channel publishing.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Editing skills and portfolio prioritize educational background).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (Desktop).
- Understanding of video frame rates, aspect ratios, sound mixing, and rendering formats.
- Core Competencies:
- Good sense of narrative pacing, music choice, visual timing, and transitions.
- Ability to organize raw assets efficiently within fast-paced timelines.
- Active portfolio/sample video links (YouTube, Google Drive, or Vimeo) are mandatory.
