Liza Akter serves as a Trade Instructor for Block, Batik & Screen Printing (BBSP) at SSD Academy. Certified under NSDA and NTVQF frameworks with extensive hands-on technical experience, she specializes in textile surface ornamentation, fabric dyeing, and practical craft training. Liza is committed to empowering youth and women with marketable vocational skills to foster self-reliance and entrepreneurship across local communities. 

Liza Akter is a skilled vocational trainer and TVET craft specialist dedicated to technical education and livelihood development at SSD Academy. Holding national certifications in textile printing techniques, she brings practical workshop expertise and competency-based training methodologies to the classroom.

Prior to her role at SSD Academy, Liza gathered valuable instructional experience conducting technical training in block printing, batik methods, and screen printing at Reliance Technical Institute. At SSD Academy, she delivers structured, hands-on training sessions that equip trainees with the creative and technical competencies needed for cottage industry production, boutique crafts, and micro-entrepreneurship.

• Textile & Surface Ornamentation: Teaching hands-on techniques in block printing, wooden block handling, and layout design.
• Batik & Tie-Dye Processing: Instructing students in fabric preparation, wax resist application, single/multi-color dyeing, and tie-dye methods.
