As the Training & Skills Development Advisor of SSD Academy, I provide guidance on designing and improving practical, skill-based training programs that prepare learners for real-world challenges. My role is to help ensure that the academy’s courses focus on hands-on learning, professional competencies, and industry-relevant skills.

I work closely with the advisory board and training teams to strengthen program quality, develop effective training frameworks, and promote experiential learning opportunities. Through this role, I aim to support SSD Academy in empowering students with the practical knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed in their careers.
