Md. Abdullah Rayhan serves as the Lead Trainer for Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) at SSD Academy under the ILO-ISEC Project. Holding a Diploma in Power Engineering and Level-4 CBT&A certification for Trainers & Assessors from the NSDA, he possesses extensive technical expertise in electrical house wiring, industrial machinery assembly, and quality assurance. Rayhan is dedicated to providing hands-on competency-based training that prepares youth with industry-aligned electrical skills and pathways to sustainable employment. 

Md. Abdullah Rayhan is an experienced TVET professional, certified assessor, and electrical power engineering specialist who leads the Electrical Installation & Maintenance curriculum under the ILO-ISEC Project at SSD Academy. With a strong academic background in Power Technology from Jashore Polytechnic Institute, he combines rigorous technical engineering principles with practical workshop instruction.

Throughout his career, Rayhan has accumulated multifaceted technical experience across industrial quality assurance at HMCL Niloy Bangladesh Ltd., automotive electrical diagnostics, and electrical trade instruction at technical training institutes. At SSD Academy, he oversees competency-based lesson delivery, electrical lab management, and student assessments to ensure learners meet national qualification standards and market demands.

  • Lead Electrical Instruction: Directing practical training sessions on domestic and commercial electrical wiring, circuit connections, conduit layout, and power distribution.

  • Workshop Safety & Equipment Care: Implementing strict Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols, tool maintenance, and hazard prevention in the electrical workshop.
  • Trainee Career Development: Mentoring students through practical troubleshooting, electrical testing, and employment readiness for the industrial and service sectors.
