MD Jaminur Rahman serves as the Lead Trainer for Primary Health Care Services (PHCS) at SSD Academy under the ILO-ISEC Project. A certified TVET professional holding Level-4 CBT&A credentials alongside specialized national certifications in Primary Health Care, Elderly Caregiving, and Child Care, he directs practical healthcare and caregiving instruction. Jaminur is dedicated to delivering competency-based health education that equips trainees with employable clinical support skills, patient empathy, and essential community healthcare competencies. 

MD Jaminur Rahman is an experienced TVET educator, certified trainer, and healthcare instructor who leads the Primary Health Care Services trade under the ILO-ISEC Project at SSD Academy. Certified in Competency-Based Training & Assessment Methodology (CBT&A Level-4), he combines practical healthcare protocols with structured, learner-centered instructional delivery.

Throughout his career, Jaminur has gathered rich instructional experience, previously serving as a Lead Trainer for Caregiving at Gazi Munibur Rahman Nursing College in Patuakhali and as a Japanese Language Trainer at Keraniganj Technical Training Center. At SSD Academy, he leads comprehensive training modules in vital signs monitoring, patient hygiene, first aid, elderly and pediatric care, and primary healthcare delivery to prepare students for impactful roles in the health and community support sectors.
