Md. Manirul Islam (Monir) serves on the Advisory Board of SSD Academy, contributing extensive expertise in TVET systems, competency-based curriculum development, and vocational project coordination across Bangladesh. Certified as an NSDA and BTEB Level-4 Trainer & Assessor and Master Trainer under the Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE), he has managed large-scale skills initiatives for the Department of Youth Development (DYD) under the ILO-ISEC project and the BRAC Institute of Skills Development. In an advisory capacity, Manirul guides the academy's technical education quality, institutional compliance, and employer linkage pipelines. 

Md. Manirul Islam is a TVET specialist, certified master trainer, and skills development coordinator who provides strategic counsel to SSD Academy on curriculum design, institutional standards, and industry linkages. With a Bachelor of International Tourism & Hospitality Management and advanced studies in Development Studies at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), he combines development sector insights with hands-on vocational administration.

Throughout his career, Manirul has led skills initiatives across Cox's Bazar district, including coordinating 19 Skills Training Providers (STPs) for the Department of Youth Development (DYD) under the ILO-ISEC Project and serving as Centre In-Charge and Coordinator at the BRAC Institute of Skills Development. His advisory contributions focus on institutional accreditation, Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) frameworks, and sustainable job placement pathways for marginalized youth and women.
