Tajbir Hasan Chowdhury is an experienced development practitioner, TVET coordinator, and operations leader who manages center operations, program execution, and community linkages at SSD Academy’s Whykong Branch. Holding a BA (Honours) in English from the Royal University of Dhaka and professional credentials in Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A), he bridges structured pedagogical methods with practical community and youth development.

Throughout his career of more than eight years in Cox's Bazar, Tajbir has demonstrated leadership across diverse development and emergency response operations with organizations such as JOGAJOG Bangladesh, BRAC, Shushilan, CODEC, and IPSA. At SSD Academy, he directs branch-level training operations, coordinates with local enterprises and employers for post-training placements, and ensures training programs meet rigorous national competency standards.
